Job Description

We are looking for a talented Sr. Media Planner to plan all media for existing clients and new business. You will manage the entire communications planning process, including researching, developing, and presenting media plans with the goal of driving measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day plans/maintenance of media plans
  • Provide weekly reporting on current client campaigns running
  • Develop and apply a working knowledge of basic media concepts and media relevant to the client’s business (i.e., terminology, media math, and media plan execution)
  • Gather and analyze marketing, industry, and consumer insights data to determine the client’s advertising and media needs
  • Analyze media alternatives and make recommendations (e.g., targeting, geography, scheduling, support level)
  • Ensure media objectives, strategies, and execution guidelines are clearly communicated to internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide new and profitable ideas to capture and grow existing clients and new business
  • Drive the resolution of issues through a well-managed escalation process
  • Maintain effective relationships with clients and vendors/partners
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree; degree or concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work successfully with teams, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Technical proficiency, particularly with media systems and writing/presentation tools (e.g., Google Suite, O365)

This is a full-time position located in Boca Raton.
