Minute Media is looking for a NYC-based social media creatives design Intern. For this role, we are seeking a candidate that has digital, mobile, and interactive design experience to work alongside our sports video editor and editorial teams.

Candidate must be a self-starter who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is willing to wear many hats. This job requires you to commute to our Midtown Manhattan locations at least three days per week and candidate would ideally be available for at least a 3 month-consecutive internship.

Responsibilities

  • Creating custom assets for social media campaigns
  • Working with video/editorial teams to build graphics, video title slates, social GIFs, etc. to accompany editorial and branded content
  • Develop image formats for social platforms
  • Coordinate with other departments as needed

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Fluent in the Adobe Design Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Ability to translate the marketing/editorial team visions into a visual story as well as conceptualize and pitch original ideas
  • Highly creative, with an interest in emerging social platforms and innovative creative assets
  • Knowledge of at least two of the following: US sports, Esports/Gaming, Entertainment and Pop Culture
  • Proficient and able to juggle many projects at once while still adhering to deadlines
  • A problem solver by nature
