Nutaku Publishing is currently seeking an experienced full-time Game LiveOps Producer for our Bucharest office. We publish and manage Adult Free to Play titles for Web and Mobile platforms.

The Live Producer is responsible for ensuring our investment into our published games are protected and profitable. The producer will work with the developer and the Platform Marketing team to run special campaigns to ultimately increase the monetization and retention of the games in live operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Live Game Operations of incredibly compelling, high-quality video games
• Play the game extensively on a daily basis
• Get involved in the game during Soft Launch period and completely take over if after Hard Launch
• Define strategies for live title, including in-app events strategy, user acquisition strategy, pricing and sales strategies
• Continuously analyze the competition and current strategies and propose new ways to maximize game revenue
• Manage the process and workflow for releasing new content as well as setting up and monitoring Live Game Operations
• Work with development team and publishing shared services to implement the roadmap for live content delivery
• Ensure timely delivery of milestones while safeguarding quality of work in accordance with predefined project schedule
• Leverages analytics and quantitative analysis to monitor game performance, tune mechanics, and identify new features to increase user acquisition, retention, and monetization
• Work with internal and external QA to improve user experience and drive updates to the game service
• Work with executive management team to craft vision of the titles, and to develop schedules and resource requirements to ensure achievement of vision
• Direct relationship management of third party consulting firms and publishing partners
• Follow the internal procedures and make sure to properly communicate during the game development process
• Keep the platform and the community, up to date with all the deliverables and coordinate the launches
• Create and send out reports for each game

Skills And Technologies

• 2+ year experience as a Producer in the games industry
• Experience managing a team
• Strong project management skills
• Established verbal & written communication, people, presentation, organizational and documentation skills
• Good combination of product sense (creative) and people skills
• Bachelor’s degree
• A fun and engaging personality with a passion for games
