We are looking for talented, experienced Social media and marketing professional to become a leader for a new e-commerce beauty brand dedicated to gamers.

As an e-commerce specialist you are primarily in charge of building a BRAND in the social media platforms, managing content marketing and digital marketing strategy, working towards performance marketing goals.The responsibilities include monitoring the daily progress of online activities and transactions, researching new business opportunities, gathering and analyzing data to identify areas needing improvement, and developing solutions to optimize a company's e-commerce operations, maintain an active communication line with staff, coordinating to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns for profit growth and adherence to the company's vision and mission.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Setting up a marketing plan and a strategy for a new product/ BRAND for skincare line dedicated to gamers
  • Managing social media platforms and content marketing
  • Managing influencer marketing campaigns
  • Creating content
  • Offline and online marketing campaigns creations
  • Maximizing sales on dedicated markets (France, Germany, Poland, Spain).
  • You will be responsible for guiding the SEO performance of your clients and work collaboratively with them to improve their rankings and ROI from search. You must be proactive with your insights and suggestions.
  • Managing Google Ads (including Google Shopping campaigns).
  • Share initiatives, best practices and results.
  • Attending beauty conferences
  • Educate other areas of the business who indirectly impact SEO.
  • Keyword research, keyword generation & input with content creation.

Ideal candidate:

  • Absolutely passionate about the internet and digital marketing.
  • Analytical mind-set with a strong ability for analysing data and user statistics.
  • Ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems.
  • Excellent understanding of traffic and conversion measurement, experience with interpreting such data and deriving insight.
  • Seasoned at producing in-depth analysis and reporting on business KPIs.
  • Excellent planning, organisation and communication skills, ability to self-manage and keep track of multiple projects streams.
  • Confident communicator with excellent writing and speaking skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task.
  • Experience of setting, delivering and monitoring digital marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and lead generation.
  • Experienced in project and client management.
  • Personable and easy to work with.
  • Ideally: Shopify previous experience, Influencer marketing, working in the beauty/skincare sector
