Metro has an immediate opening for Facility GM/ Sales representative that is ambitious, energetic and has the desire to help others enjoy a great recreational gaming, coaching or learning experience. Metro professionals must be driven by their ability to create awesome experiences for every visitor at the facility. Our Facility GM/ Sales representative understands the value of our programs and services and is able to inform prospective players, students, schools and organizations about our opportunities and services, that are in-demand. .

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Managing the Metro Esports facility, working to keep it clean, sanitized between use, and secure at night.
  • Working to manage the coaching staff as they work (remotely in some cases) with their online esports classes.
  • Make sure the coaches are on time to class, the enrollment targets are being met, and a consistent and appropriate curriculum is being covered.
  • Organize and facilitate esports league and tournament competitions at the facility.
  • Contact and communicate with prospective students and programs by making daily outbound phone calls, sending text messages and emails to schedule appointments and facility tours, and servicing incoming inquiries phone calls.
  • Conduct interviews, provide tours with prospective students, and explain training programs and services in order to help prospective students make informed decisions.
  • Recommend for enrollment qualified applicants who are likely to complete and benefit from the training provided by Metro.
  • Identify any potential obstacles and facilitate solutions during prospective student interviews and the enrollment process.
  • Communicate with students throughout the enrollment and financial aid processes to ensure that all deadlines are met.
  • Operate within the highest ethical and professional standards and demonstrate integrity when representing Metro Esports.

  • Use computers and database as instructed. Keep accurate and updated records of interactions with students and enter inventory and sales data efficiently, and in a timely manner.
  • Work some evenings/ Saturdays, if needed, to provide customer service to prospective students and their families.
  • Working with the Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Director to ensure that you have the proper content to manage the facility, coaches, and pursue sales leads.
