The Store Manager will serve as a leader within the Operations team. The SM will oversee day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience. The role will require managing employees and customers, balancing several projects at a time, managing timelines, establishing and enforcing standards and procedures per company and federal guidelines, creating effective channels of communication, and developing employees and their customer service skills to ensure a successful operation.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers and provide the highest quality of service
  • Address any customer inquiries and resolve with urgency
  • Review and post weekly associate schedules and staff for special events
  • Balance registers and run daily/weekly transaction reports
  • Maintain operations staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees
  • Monitor and appraise job results
  • Coach, counsel, and discipline employees to foster growth and development
  • Coordinate with Operations Director and Marketing Coordinator to plan and execute special events and promotions
  • Maintain accurate booking availability and update as store hours/business demands
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance across booking and gameplay records
  • Prepare and analyze store performance report
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures compliant with legal regulations and company policies

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • High level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, confidentiality, and a desire to learn
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to adapt to different situations and retain composure in stressful situations
