The Brand Partnerships Team is seeking a creative, results-driven and collaborative individual who will assist in creating best-in-class partnerships for our roster of talent. The primary focus of this role will be to communicate necessary information between external and internal teams to help increase efficiency of partnerships and communication.

The position will report to the Head of Brand Partnerships.

Overall Responsibilities

  • Receive and distribute documents for agreed upon sponsorship opportunities

  • Communicate dates and timelines to internal team members

  • Update internal documents based on new brand contract information

  • Notable weekly internal team syncs

  • Assist campaign managers in sponsorship delivery and review with brands

  • Assist in review of sponsorship deliverables before being submitted to brand partners

  • Generate reports and analysis for Head of Brand Partnerships to be shared both internal and external use

  • Understand industry trends and the influencer marketing landscape

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with brand and industry partners

Basic Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and organization skills

  • Willing to learn new processes that involve multiple teams both internal and external

  • Can manage communication across multiple unique communication apps (ie Discord, Slack, email, etc)

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Enjoys and actively watches YouTube and Twitch content

  • Takes initiative on offering suggestions and solutions for team efficiency & process

  • Proficient in Google Suite, Keynote and Microsoft Suite

  • Understand how to convert file formats

  • Previous experience in Marketing or Brand Partnerships preferred
