At Madbox we believe that small high-performance teams can do and scale giant games, and that every Madboxers can have a huge impact.We are looking for an IT Operations Specialist to build & structure our IT practice in a fast-growing, international environment, reporting to our Head of Finance.

What will you do ?

Anticipate future needs due to the scale of Madbox and facilitate our growth through proper systems and automation of our tools
Accelerate the performance of all our teams through a tailor-made management of our devices, hardwares, software licenses suitesImprove and ensure the smooth running of our offices’ IT systems: video conference system, meeting rooms, internal communication displays
Create and manage onboarding and offboarding of employees in particular for accounts creation and closing, as well as in regards to provision of hardware
Audit and improve our security system in order to ensure it is properly configured and enables proper level of confidentiality and compliance
Set up and maintain all accounts used to setup web services and ensure that those are properly used, have strong passwords and proper security mechanisms
Maintain our equipment fleet and anticipate our needs as a company: computers (both Windows & MacOS), phones and hardware systems
Identify ways to improve, and automate IT processes and develop the needed toolset to achieve this goal

MADskills required

Expertise in managing a cross-device fleet environment
Experience with remote management tools (MDM)
Knowledge in network (VPN, IPsec connection…)
Ability to maintain and protect softwares for MacOS & Windows computers
Strong experience with GSuite and Google tools for enterprise
Experience with audio and video systems
Development of automation system for IT related tasks as well as monitoring them
English & French fluency is mandatory.
