What does it mean to be a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Ludia?
You will have a direct influence on Ludia's power of attraction. The search for new talent motivates you; your exchanges with candidates and your teams are your daily driving force. For you, developing relationships is paramount and you want to share your passion to create something extraordinary at Ludia. And finally, it also means joining a human-sized, dynamic team and being part of the studio's global strategy!
Under the direct supervision of our Senior Strategy and Talent Acquisition Specialist, your assignments will be as follows:
- Develop and implement different talent acquisition strategies to ensure the effectiveness of the different processes (headhunting, visibility, social media, partnerships, international recruiting, all other innovative strategies);
- Carry out the complete processes and work closely with HRBP to ensure the effectiveness of the various recruitment mandates;
- Collaborate with the communications team to ensure the company's visibility and enhance the employer brand;
- Develop and maintain a network to nurture relationships with the best talent in the industry and ensure short, medium and long term talent acquisition strategies;
- Keep the candidate management system (ATS) up to date by importing applications, changing candidate status, entering notes and comments, and those for assigned positions;
- Act as ambassador to the various partners and ensure Ludia's presence at the various events;
- Acting as an advisor throughout the selection process for various managers;
- Be on the lookout for new trends and recruitment techniques to ensure strategic positioning in the market.
Qualifications
- 3 years minimum experience in recruitment and mastery of the entire recruitment cycle in a creative or technological field (experience in video games an asset);
- Significant experience in candidate approach (sourcing and headhunting);
- Experience in the use of recruitment tools and social media (knowledge of Smart Recruiter is a plus).

- Bilingual ENG / FR essential
- Availability between 3 and 5 days a week for a period of 6 months with the possibility of extension and/or permanence.
