Job Description

What does being a Senior Game Programmer at Ludia look like ?

Missions :

  • Implement the systems and the critical modules of the game;
  • Suggest improvements to the game's architecture;
  • Provide analysis and estimates for features to be developed;
  • Resolve critical technical issues;
  • Keep the game engine and the different third parties up to date;
  • Guide, advise and provide technical support to junior programmers;
  • Identify the risks and technical challenges of the project and provide contingency plans;
  • Support the technical lead in the validation of the functionalities developed by the team;
  • Create quality technical documentation;
  • Propose and develop tools to improve the various production pipelines

Qualifications

What we're looking for ?

  • 7+ years of experience as a game programmer;
  • Advanced knowledge of programming and debugging in C # and Java;
  • In-depth knowledge of the Unity game engine;
  • Network programming experience (Client / Server)
  • Experience in game development for Android and iOS;
  • Advanced knowledge of performance profiling tools and optimization techniques;
  • Bilingualism (FR / ENG).
