We have an exciting and rare opportunity to join the talent team here at Lucid Games.

Working directly with our Head of Talent, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, interviewing and hiring candidates for a variety of positions.

Responsibilities:

  • Headhunting candidates across various platforms
  • Source and follow up potential hires within UK and abroad.
  • Actively participate in discussions about potential hires, their pros and cons and potential fit with the team and company.
  • Conduct screening interviews
  • Schedule interviews and tests with hiring managers through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Travel to shows, universities, and conferences to represent the company and meet potential hires

Required experience:

  • Proven sourcing experience with the ability to recruit hard to fill / niche roles
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle
  • Knowledge of different advertising platforms and hiring techniques
  • Strong organisational, and teamwork skills
  • Experience engaging and attracting passive candidates

Desired experience:

  • Experience working in the gaming industry
