Position at Logitech

Duration: temporary mission (6-12 months), contingent worker contract

The Role

The machine learning engineer is responsible for the creation and the development of new AI bricks and the exploration of new SW applications. In this role, the candidate will join our Human Interface Technologies team, which develops advanced technologies and creates new user experiences.

  • Develop new AI algorithms and applications
    • Develop data pipelines
    • Develop software prototype/solution respecting the Logitech SW guideline
    • Manage small to large scale user tests to enrich our database and assess our concepts
  • Collaborate with data scientists and Devops engineers to train, deploy and test machine learning models using state-of-the-art techniques
  • Develop test setup scripts and manage qualification campaigns
  • Collaborate with x-functional partners (e.g. Marketing, Design and the full engineering team)
  • Collaborate with external partner included Academia

Key Qualifications

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Experience in Software Engineering
  • Strong knowledge in machine learning and data science
  • Extensive skills in these programming languages: Python, C, C++, C#
  • knowledge of cloud services (AWS,...)
  • strong interest & knowledge of video gaming
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Self motivation, creative, self-direction and high attention to the details
  • Eager to work on front end innovation, design thinking & fast prototyping
  • Strong conceptual, fast pace, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to pitch and communicate technical concepts to non-technical individuals

Education

  • MS in software engineering, computer science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or a similar technical field
