The Team and Role:

We're looking for a versatile and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Operations and Marketing support Specialist. In this role, you'll manage Business Operations and provide administrative support to our marketing team and Account Management teams, ensuring seamless execution of projects and initiatives.

  • Stock management and inventory control

  • Supply Chain Support  

  • Provide administrative support to Management,  Account Managers and Marketing teams: Support reporting and administrative overviews for internal teams and day -to-day support activities

  • Manage and coordinate projects and support at events

  • Conduct market research and data analysis to inform business decisions

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers 

  • Maintain accurate records and databases

  • Identify process improvements and implement efficiencies

  • General Office administration including: Processing invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and on time 

  • Undertake any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by management that align with the scope of this role

  • Effective Trade Visits with correct follow through to relevant departments 


 

Key Qualifications & Preferred Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role (Inventory Management skills crucial)

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization)

  • Strong data analysis skills, with ability to interpret and drive business decisions

  • Familiarity with marketing principles and social media platforms

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • High attention to detail and follow-through

  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote setup - Stable home internet required

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

  • Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding sensitive financial, and commercial information.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines.

  • Proactive, forward-thinking, and able to use initiative.

  • Able to make decisions, take ownership, and accept accountability.

  • Demonstrates drive and enthusiasm for personal development.



 

Tools Proficiency Must-Haves (Required)

  • Spreadsheets: Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel

  • Communication: Gmail,  Zoom, Microsoft Teams and phone etiquette 



 

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)

  • Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

  • Tableau Experience 

  • IT Industry knowledge 

  • Background in Sales ops, Project coordination, Sales, Account Management, Marketing or Supply Chain

  • Experience in FMCG 

  • Google Workspace: Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive
