Join a passionate, fast-paced, and globally-distributed team as we launch the next generation of devices and solutions for personal collaboration. As our new Associate Product Marketing Manager, you are in a high-impact role focused on launching new portfolio products and sustaining existing products for both B2B and B2C channels globally. You are someone who loves working cross-functionally and thrives in an international, collaborative environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop the master creative direction for new B2C and B2B products within our personal collaboration portfolio.
  • Create compelling marketing content (including but not limited to product landing pages, etail assets, data sheets, quick start guides, product comparisons, etc.) and manage the full cycle from design to completion.
  • Influence key GTM decisions for your products (e.g. naming, messaging and positioning, packaging, creative strategy, feature prioritization, etc.)
  • Act as a critical liaison across all go-to-market teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, Brand, etc.) to bring our product marketing vision to life both internally and outside of the company.

Key Qualifications

  • 1-3 years in marketing (preferably product marketing or brand marketing), product strategy, sales or equivalent go-to-market experience.
  • Natural storyteller with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a bias for action and the ability to drive decisions and consensus across stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to quickly frame a path forward in the face of a complex, ambiguous challenge.
  • Outstanding follow-through (stays with problems until they are solved), time management, and project management skills.
  • Analytical - ability to turn data into a narrative that guides marketing strategy.
  • A willingness to get nerdy on our products --special interest or experience in hardware, collaboration technology, B2C product marketing or brand marketing a plus.
  • Very comfortable consulting and working with creatives to effectuate the vision of our products.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% (when relevant)
  • Work with the etail marketing team to develop content targeting end-users in the B2C market.
  • Work with internal and external creatives (designers, copywriters, producers, etc.) to bring your product to market on brand, and with a sense of playfulness.
  • Manage the messaging, positioning, and refinement of our existing personal collaboration product portfolio for marketing and sales assets.
  • Support Services / Customer Experience offerings with messaging, positioning, and asset development.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a business, marketing, or communications field
  • MBA a bonus
