Lionbridge Poland is looking for an experienced Team Lead who will be responsible for projects' success in our Gaming Community & Crowd Services department.

If you are experienced in Player Support, Community Management, are used to deal with crowd-sized amount of workers, have a good knowledge of games market and want to work with the biggest developers around, this job offer is for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, coordination, and supervision of Player Support, Community Engagement, and Crowd services projects;
  • Organization and management of teams of Player Support agents;
  • Coordination, monitoring, and controlling of the status and quality of tasks performed within projects or programs;
  • Identification and reporting of risks and hazards associated with agents' performance and resolution of problems;
  • Cooperation and communication with the customer;
  • Preparation of reports on the performance and activity of the team;
  • Preparation or provision of materials and guidelines for community projects, as well as provision of expert support;
  • Ensuring that projects are executed in accordance with the schedule defined by the customer;
  • Supervision of internal quality assurance procedures;
  • Supporting recruitment processes to community projects;
  • Supervision of agents training for a given project;
  • Assessment of performance, progress, and quality of cooperation of the project team members.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-year experience in Community Management, Social Media Monitoring, Player Support, or Community Moderation;
  • At least 1-year of experience in managing a team;
  • Degree in communication, management, or technology;
  • Very good knowledge of the video game market;
  • Community building and maintenance methodologies knowledge;
  • Good command of project tracking and support tools;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office;
  • Fluency in English (minimum B2);
  • Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills.
