We have an exciting and rare opportunity to join the leading Lets Play Live team.

As Head of Production, you will manage the production team to ensure all studio and remote broadcasts are to industry broadcast standard. Allocation of work to the broadcast team to deliver world class broadcasts and ensuring client expectations and deadlines are met. Producing Television shows from esports tournaments, as well as Directing and Vision Switching Live Television are key roles of the Head of Production

Key responsibility for the Head of Production.

Manage the Production staff ensuring deadlines and expectations are met.
Ensure all projects are delivered to meet all expectations from the sponsors, broadcast platforms and game companies.
Produce television broadcasts scripts
Manage and hire staff when needed for external productions.
Oversee remote broadcasts of external producers.
Lead Director/Vision Switcher in the LPL Studios

Experience

5-10 years experience with Television broadcasting
Knowledge of television workflows
Comprehension of television production
Proficiency in directing and managing staff
Vision switching skills
Well organised
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to work flexible hours

Experience or exposure to Gaming and Esports would be beneficial. This is not a classic 9-5 role so flexibility to be able to work nights and weekends is expected.
