Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of licensed LEGO branded video games from early concept approval through to final review and signoff.
  • Working with external licensed partners to deliver high quality LEGO video games.
  • Help identify and build new partnerships with external companies
  • Manage projects stakeholders both within LEGO as well as with the partners.
  • Collaborate on complex brand and game issues with partners and internal product teams
  • Ensure that the LEGO® brand is appropriately represented in the games and assist the development teams with approvals of relevant assets
  • Work across a range of game genres and platforms
  • Play your part in our team succeeding

The games team is currently working on the next stage of delivering the future of LEGO Games as part of The LEGO Group 2032 strategy. Working across a range of audiences, genres and platforms the team delivers these games with some of the highest profile partners in the game industry.

Currently based in London, Billund, Shanghai and Singapore the department is a fun, energetic and dynamic highly experienced group who have a shared passion for the LEGO brand and kids & family games.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Significant production experience in the games industry
  • Experience with mobile or console games (ideally both)
  • Experience with game development or publishing
  • Experience of licenses or IPs
  • Be autonomous and able to work independently and seek out direction proactively – with a high personal drive

Preferred

  • Interest or experience in developing games for kids and families
  • Certified SCRUM master, Prince 2 or other similar software development tools
  • Usability and accessibility for games
  • Experience in live ops and games as a service
