Who we are
LCP Localizations is a boutique game localization studio offering comprehensive game localization services. We’re a startup founded in 2023, and since then, we’ve been busy building a solid portfolio of steady clients.
Our work is driven by a real passion for games, a strong focus on quality, and a hands-on approach to collaboration. Every project gets a fully tailored service package, built to fit right into the internal processes of the teams we work with.
We don’t just deliver a service, we aim to become part of the team, blending into existing workflows and helping bring each game’s vision to life with consistency and care.
About the role
We’re looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Manager based in Europe to help us grow by finding new clients and building valuable partnerships. This is a key role in expanding our reach and helping us connect with more game developers who can benefit from our personalized localization approach.
Key responsibilities
Review and refine our current service offering to better align with what the market needs.
Build a full business development strategy from the ground up, setting clear goals, processes, and KPIs.
Find and reach out to new prospects, manage communications, and develop strong industry relationships.
Lead contract negotiations, ensuring our services align with client needs and that both sides walk away happy.
Close deals that make sense financially and have long-term potential.
Set up internal sales processes, keep track of leads and performance, and share insights to improve how we work.
Work closely with our project and production teams to make sure new clients are smoothly onboarded.
Represent LCP at events and industry gatherings to help grow our network and visibility.
Must have
5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the games industry.
A strong network of contacts in the indie, AA and mobile studio space.
Solid experience building and running sales strategies from scratch, with a record of bringing in new business.
A history of successfully negotiating and closing contracts, ideally in game localization, but similar services may be considered too.
Confidence and ability to build sales systems, pipelines, and tracking methods without needing hand-holding.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to represent LCP in a professional and approachable way.
A good understanding of how indie and AA studios operate, what they need, and what makes them tick.
What we offer
A solid base payment plus a generous revenue share on successful sales.
Regular performance-based bonuses and reviews, with real potential to grow your base compensation over time.
Full flexibility and autonomy: work however and whenever suits you best, as long as you’re getting results. And of course, this position is fully remote.
The chance to build and lead our sales operation from day one: a huge asset for your CV and a meaningful challenge.
A long-term opportunity: we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us and become a key part of our journey.
If this sounds like the right fit and challenge, we’d love to hear from experienced professionals ready to take the lead and help us grow. Apply now and let’s build something great together.
