With multiple awards to our name, Larian Studios has proven that we’re dedicated to delivering high-quality role-playing games. As Facility manager, you will work closely with the Studio Director and Office Manager and will assist the team in a number of tasks.
Responsibilities
- Oversees building and grounds maintenance
- Manages and reviews service contracts
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes
- Conducts and documents regular facilities inspections
- Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments by vendors and contractors
- Coordinate intra-building moves
- Recommends maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications
- Assist in general company administration
- Handle general accounting tasks, such as bank reconciliation, budgeting, expense reports, ...
- Monitor expenses and payments
- Handle international shipping
- Handle communication of workplace safety precautions
- Be the point of contact for third parties (security, cleaning services, broker...) to keep the operations running smoothly
- Be the point of contact for clients and provide prompt response to requests and issues
- Oversee rental operations (tours of vacant space, lease, departures...)
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Assertiveness, interpersonal skills, autonomy, discretion, proactivity
- Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office suite, Google Docs; proficiency with technologies
- Must be flexible and adaptable
