Assist Program Director in converting Strategic Vision into:
Viable Business Plans including high impact proposals, business/financial modeling and branding roadmap.
Operational Plans, programs and projects.
Organize teams, communication, progress tracking and reporting mechanisms.
Build and establish a learning centric, safe and highly functional academic facility. And scale up the academic facility as per the roadmap.
Execute all plans and programs delivering at Global standards within the budget and timelines.
Build/Manage the team of Trainers and multi-functional teams in the execution of such plans including infrastructure development, manpower planning, budgeting, establishing performance goals and continuous improvement.
Assist Program Director and Production Leadership in creating programs and curricula that are of Global standards and ensuring adherence to established Government and regulatory compliance.
Provide guidance to Trainers on effective lesson planning, instructional delivery, pedagogical approaches and suitable teaching methodologies.
Monitor curriculum implementation, assess students’ progress, evaluate teaching practices and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Provide mentoring, coaching and professional development for Trainers and all staff.
Monitor students’ attendance, safety, well-being, behavior and address any concerns or grievances promptly.
Promote development of social, emotional and character-building skills among students.
Oversee and monitor maintenance of the facility at high standards of hygiene, upkeeping of assets & equipment and learning centric.
Oversee and monitor all support staff in scheduling, record keeping and administrative tasks.
Maintain a strong and trusting relationship with all internal and external stakeholders with thorough communication, regular reports, and collaboration.
Represent Lakshya/Keywords India as a Champion of Learning at Industry events, potential partners, Government Executives and Academia.
Assist Program Director with regular market research on industry, talent and skilling ecosystem to refine plans & programs for higher impact.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management/Operations or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in a Supervisory or Managerial role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
Ability to create a positive and collaborative team environment.
Experience with budget management and financial analysis.
Strong attention to details and administrative abilities.
Ability to mentor and support Trainers in their professional development.
Passion for working with youth and creating a stimulating learning environment.
Experience in education or related industry is preferred, and specially in ACGC sector will be highly preferred.
Open to travel on short notices and stay put in locations for 2-3 weeks, if required.
Candidates should ideally be from the said location, if not candidate must relocate to the said location.
