The company was founded in 2011 by David Darling CBE - awarded by the Queen, co-founder of Codemasters and comprises of a highly skilled and creative team that has doubled its size in the last year. The team includes many industry veterans and the original creator of the Micro Machines video games (yes, you read well, we have celebrities here!).

As a Websites Manager you love creating high quality and intuitive experiences for users. You have a passion for UX/UI, an analytical mind and excellent project management skills. You’ll oversee the functionality of our website and will take ownership of its optimisation through AB testing working closely with internal and external web developers and designers.

You can either work REMOTELY or in our Leamington Spa office surrounded by a great bunch of people!

What you will really be doing

  • Planning, implementing, managing and monitoring anything related to our website
  • Running AB tests and analysing the results to make sure the maximum optimisation
  • Thinking outside the box to improve the User Experience regularly
  • Developing SEO strategy
  • Collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure the website represents the brand strategy and meets the company’s goals

How you will be doing this

You’ll be part of an agile, multidisciplinary and creative team and work closely with them to understand the specialist roles that are required and our company culture

You'll think creatively and be motivated by challenges and constantly striving for the best.

Team

Our talented team is our signature. We have a highly creative atmosphere with around 85 staff where you’ll have the opportunity to contribute daily to important design and technical decisions. You’ll work within an extremely experienced and passionate team, including David Darling and the creator of the Micro Machines video games.

Skills and requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as web manager/UX/UI or similar position
  • Highly proficient in HTML, CSS design and Javascript
  • Solid understanding of SEO
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
  • Self starter attitude, proactive
  • Ideally passion for games
