As Finance Administrator you will be a vital member of the finance team and improve our financial processes to ensure the company can grow rapidly.

What you will really be doing
- Commercial contract administration, due diligence and negotiation
- Research and negotiate with potential suppliers e.g audit, tax and overseas payroll firms
- Draft financial policies and procedures with assistance from other finance staff
- Data inputting to a very high standard
- Proofread and check financial information has been entered accurately
- Resolve invoice and billing queries in a timely manner
- Coordinate and minute meetings
- Prepare supporting documentation for tax claims
- Resolve HMRC and RBI queries
- Assist management with various monthly, quarterly and annual reporting responsibilities
- Work closely with other departments to ensure appropriate costs, budgets and processes are adhered to

Our talented team is our signature. We have a highly creative atmosphere with around 150 staff where you’ll have the opportunity to contribute daily to important design and technical decisions. You’ll work within an extremely experienced and passionate team, including David Darling and the creator of the Micro Machines video games.
Skills and requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong minute taking skills
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail
- Strong spreadsheet skills
- Dynamic and highly organised
- Ideally passion for games
