Salary Range: £25,000 to £30,000 base with OTE of £50,000
Location: UK (remote/home office)

Kuoda is looking to expand our dynamic and growing team based in the UK by hiring a full-time Partnerships Manager.

The Role

We are looking for a Partnerships Manager with a self starter attitude and a passion for making personal connections. The successful candidate will work alongside the senior management team, through exploration of existing and new business leads, with a relationship led focus across the industry, you will be helping to shape opportunities and support the strategic growth of the company.

Ideally, you already possess some experience within the tech industry and have a good network you can rely on. You have an excellent command of English, written and spoken, and are able to work on tasks independently. You are a team player and always looking for new experiences and new ways to achieve the best result.

This is a full time permanent contract subject to references.

Some of your responsibilities;

  • Manage both existing and new business relationships and opportunities
  • Further develop a robust prospective business pipeline via a methodical outreach, establishing lasting industry relationships
  • Maintain the sales CRM in conjunction with weekly reporting to senior management
  • Lead generation & discovery
  • Virtual & physical (when able) networking
  • Taking the lead role in creation of pitch decks and proposals, with input from the wider delivery team
  • Create a sales cycle focussing on client communication & strategic feedback
  • Contribute to the wider business development strategies of the company
  • Work with the delivery teams & clients to define contractual deliverables
  • Assistance & utilisation of the companies b2b social media accounts

Essentials we’re looking for:

  • BA degree in Business Management, Business Studies, Business Administration or other or equivalent relevant experience (+3 years) within a B2B sales focused role
  • An in depth knowledge of tech, gaming and/or esports
  • Ability to travel internationally on a regular basis
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
  • Self starter with entrepreneurial spirit & ability to see projects through to completion
  • White glove account management & after sales care
  • Creative MS Powerpoint skills
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace

Desirable:

  • Proven tech, gaming & esports industry relationships
  • London (UK) or Birmingham (UK) based for ease of travel to visit clients
