Kluge Interactive is an immersive game studio building the future of human connection through immersive and enhanced experiences. We are best known for Synth Riders, one of the most popular VR rhythm games.
We are working on several other VR titles and making VR and Mobile games for a UGC social platform for some of the world's most influential VR, music, and technology companies.

You'll be supported by creative leadership and a team of multiple 3D artists. You will work closely with a cross-functional team that involves developers, game designers, sound designers, creative writers, and producers.
Minimum Requirements
Experience in Mobile Game Development
Experience with Mobile optimization
2-3 years of experience in a similar role
5+ years of experience with Unity
Highly technically skilled with holistic notions of industry standards
Asset creation artist skill sets
Full proficiency in Blender, as it will be the mandatory tool
Find a balance between artistic aspects and technical constraints
Collaborate with level designers to understand environmental needs
Strong artistic sense with attention to detail and background experience in multiple art directions, from realistic to stylized
English written and verbal communication skills

Experience with programming or scripting languages
Experience with asset optimization
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the art, design, and programming teams to develop and implement technical solutions for art and animation
Create and optimize shaders, materials, and lighting systems for game environments and characters
Develop and maintain tools and scripts for art and animation pipelines to improve the efficiency and quality of assets
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to art and animation, working closely with both the art and programming teams
Stay updated on the latest software and techniques in art and animation, and provide recommendations for improving processes and workflows
You'll be part of a broader cross-functional team, and while there, you will work as part of our art team with other technical artists to help us flesh out pipelines for our games.
