Kinguin is looking for a BI Lead in Poznań/Warsaw/Koszalin, who will be not only able to set up and work on his/her own data warehouse and implement the best practices in terms of the BI, but also to inform the management about the possible business opportunities based on the gathered data.

Duties

Design, build, support and enhance BI reporting and dashboards with key business performance metrics

Work closely with various units (Product, Business, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support) to increase automation and to create highly efficient and effective reporting

Train and educate users on reporting and dashboards, and drive adoption of Self-Service Business Intelligence across the organization

Independently identify, interpret and analyze data to build high-quality analysis and identify opportunities for improvement

Provide meaningful data stories that resonates with our business

Required skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/economics/mathematics or similar
  • Excellent verbal and writing English skills
  • 4-7 years of proven experience in similar role data gathering, reporting and analysis (preferably in e-commerce)
  • Skills sufficient to forecast and suggest potential solutions and opportunities to the management based on the gathered data
  • Deep understanding of data (including key marketing, sales, economic and financial metrics and terminology) with a mind-set which can bring the story to life via data visualization)
  • Ability to choose vendor and design for setting up a data warehouse from scratch
  • Strong SQL and Excel skills
  • Solid ability to work proactively and independently as well as in collaborative groups
  • Good knowledge of business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI would be an asset
