Your role within our Kingdom

We are looking for a super skilled UI designer to join our growing team and work on our new exciting games- adjacent product. You will work closely with the internal stakeholders, UX Design Lead, remote developers and will be part of a highly experienced and successful team, so you should be a talented artist and a great team player to be a match.

As a member of the team, you’ll participate in the design, application and analysis of both qualitative and quantitative methods. Knowing our user base is essential for informing and identifying opportunities for innovation, usability, accessibility and visual improvements to create great- feeling services and products that people love to use.

We believe that you are a creative thinker and doer with a passion for interaction design and user interface. You have a clear understanding of design principles and attention to detail with exceptional composition and typography skills.

You’re also good at managing your time and will speak up when stakeholders are slow to respond or create roadblocks that will hamper your ability to deliver in time.

Skills to create Thrills

You are a creative person with a passion for games.
You have experience with User Interface design for mobile apps.
You have a consistent record of creating appealing visual design.
You are comfortable with using the Adobe CS package and Sketch.
You are comfortable with creating design systems and documentation for developers.
You are communicative and can set expectations to stakeholders to make sure you can meet your set deadlines.
You have great branding skills, applying established branding guidelines and coming up with new and appealing design solutions that work well under the established profiles.
You have great prototyping skills, executing creative interaction design for prototypes to showcase vision and ideas.

Bonus Points

Have education or work experience with graphic design, product design and/or UI design.
Experience in animation and motion graphics.
Experience working in Material design.
Portfolio must illustrate strong examples of UI work and case studies, and be easily available for review.
A portfolio demonstrating all aspects of your skill is required.
This role will be located in our Foster City, CA office.
