Your role within our Kingdom

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our Product team to shape our product roadmap and go- to- market strategy. You are a born storyteller that lives and breathes products, a stellar communicator, and an analytical problem- solver. You are a team player who can easily balance structure with dynamic environments. You will understand where the market is headed and the needs of our customers in order to help our Product team focus our development efforts on the areas of greatest impact. You also will be responsible for launching these products to our customers, designing and rolling out strategies to reach growth targets, and driving key communication strategies to our customers across all available channels.

Skills To Create Thrills

10+ years of relevant global experience with a strong understanding of loyalty programs
Mandatory experience in the digital world either with an app or mobile user experience
Knowledge of multiple channels through which you can drive customer loyalty and engagement
Ability to influence customer behavior through incentives, benefits, and rewards via channels such as email, video, e- commerce, website content, mobile channels including social media
Serve as the 'voice of the customer', developing insights internally and externally, and conducting assessments of market trends
Create business cases and overall product strategy that guides development prioritization
Develop go- to- market plans inclusive of packaging, positioning and creating compelling messaging for our products
Excellent analytical skills to monitor and measure the effectiveness of each channel
Strong communication ability & expert in writing tight briefs especially for creative and/or UX design teams
