We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to join the King TA team. This role is available for hybrid working with a base location at any of our key locations of London, Stockholm or Barcelona.

Our amazing Talent Acquisition team is ready to onboard and settle you into the Kingdom! You’ll use data and analytics to define the opportunities for us to do our best work and hire the most talented Kingsters.

You’ll design and deliver projects for King level as well as connecting process improvements across the wider organisation of Activision BlizzardKing.

To be successful in this role you will need to be experienced in the following:

  • Process improvement: particularly system management and integrations, embedding learning of these systems for a team based across multiple locations, change management and preparing the TA team for new releases.
  • Team effectiveness: intersections, wider eco- system with our ABK colleagues, recruiter effectiveness and learning/development
  • Driving recruitment delivery: hitting targets, knowing what levers to pull to successfully deliver quality hiring at speed.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with TA colleagues across ABK to develop and improve processes.
  • Delivering a world class TA Team onboarding experience for new colleagues, ensuring new starters are trained and empowered to be effective in their roles as soon as possible.
  • Create guidance and materials for recruiters on “how to” which will supplement core training
  • Re- vamp the existing King intranet site (Kingfluence) to ensure the site and guidance is accurate, up to date and effective.
  • Bringing external practices from benchmark organisations around vendor management, interview capability and capacity.

Player Profile

  • Extensive In- house recruitment experience or a mix of Inhouse/Agency/RPO is essential - ideally across EMEA regions. You’ll have a strong knowledge of HR systems including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM (egEightfold).
  • Self- motivation with a history of exceeding high- performance standards
  • Strong influencer and negotiator. You build productive relationships using your excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
  • Direct sourcing and logistical recruitment process management across various geographies Internationally.
