Activision Blizzard Media is growing quickly and our ad platform team is seeking a skilled product manager who can lead product vision, development and execution of our demand stack optimizations interfacing with both direct and indirect sales channels. As an early member of a small product team, you will have lots of ownership in shaping the growth of the next generation of ad- formats while tirelessly optimizing new and existing demand- side partnerships. You will play a critical role in powering Activision Blizzard King’s Ad Monetization growth and success. The ideal candidate can draw upon a deep understanding of auction dynamics and operating point controls across different campaign objectives and bidding models in the quest to grow yield per impression


Level Up - Your Role With Activision Blizzard Media

  • Lead the growth of the advertiser marketplace by driving analysis and experimentation to allow us to better understand marketplace dynamics and grow yield per impression.
  • Continuously drive all product opportunities and optimizations with an iterative development philosophy.
  • Evolve our platform, processes and tools to build advanced marketplace controls and reporting, across different campaign objectives and bidding models.
  • Improve systems, processes and technology that manage how we deliver against advertiser goals and budgets both for direct and indirect sales channels.
  • Combine quantitative and qualitative data to define quarterly and annualized roadmaps in conjunction with team leds.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ideate, prioritize and deliver great results in the above- mentioned areas.
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go- to- market strategy and manage launches of new products and features.
    • 3- 5 years as a product manager in digital advertising or a related industry.
    • Exceptional problem- solving, project management and organization skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Highly analytical and understands how to measure success and use metrics to optimize products.
    • Compelling influencer with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent product sense and has relevant experience driving products or tooling that involve user- centric design and workflow.
    • You can empathize with and anticipate the needs of a diverse set of customers, and have worked directly with Sales and Marketing.
