Are you a F2P Design Expert passionate about innovation and live operations? Do you enjoy big picture thinking and guiding a team of talented designers to deliver towards a vision?

We are looking for a Principal Game Designer to join our team, to be the champion for fun player experiences within the Features team in Candy Crush Saga!

Your role within the Kingdom

  • Own the design vision for a segment of the game and work with the team to translate it into fun and high performing features.

  • Collaborate with product managers to identify and address problems and opportunities within the area.

  • Mentor, guide and help level up a team of talented game designers to deliver great results.

  • Set a high quality standard for game design within the team by integrating industry best practices and being up to date with market trends.

  • Help refine processes within the team to aid in forward thinking and innovation.

  • Help analyze feature performance, identify improvements and communicate learnings to the team.

  • Be the champion for the end player experience with a keen focus on business outcomes.

Skills to create thrills

  • Extensive F2P feature design and monetisation experience. Bonus points for experience in the puzzle genre.

  • Adept at both big picture and detail- oriented thinking.

  • Data driven design proficiency.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

  • Experience leading diverse teams and being a champion for inclusion.

  • Passion for sharing knowledge and helping others grow.
