We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Finance Analyst in providing financial support to our leadership and business teams across King’s Advertising Business. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing financial planning and analysis activities, working closely with business partners to support high profile business cases and complete quarterly and annual forecast cycles.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Establish credibility within the business by being a true business partner, fostering a culture of integrity and providing supportive challenge
  • Build expertise in the commercial drivers of the in- game Advertising business and underlying mobile gaming business
  • Liaise with game teams to model and and prepare review materials for core planning processes, including annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and weekly pacing
  • Perform analyses to identify and explain drivers of variance vs forecasts
  • Support operational investments and headcount planning; track actuals vs forecast, understand and explain drivers of variance and maintain an updated view of outlook by holding regular conversations with business partnersProvide routine and ad hoc reporting to the business in a form that accurately and clearly articulates the key points and provides analysis & insights
  • Share information concisely in PowerPoint using visuals/graphics appropriate to the audience
  • Load and maintain an accurate forecast within applicable systems
  • Audit and improve processes including automation, modeling and rationalization
  • Create collaborative working relationships with Finance and Game teams in Europe

Skills to create thrills:

  • 3- 5 years proven experience in a similar position including experience of preparing budgets, forecasts and monthly/ quarterly reporting
  • Ability to build collaborative and robust relationships with business partners across Finance, HR, other Ads teams and Game teams
  • Commercial awareness, as well as experience of understanding relationships between key financial and non- financial business drivers
  • An analytical mindset comfortable working with big data sets and translating results into meaningful analysis and incorporating into forecasts
  • Advanced excel skill and experience and initiative in building robust financial models
  • Developing professional PowerPoint decks/presentations and advanced graph building skills
  • Experience working with large enterprise software to extract data, create reporting, analyses, and visualizations (prior experience with TM1, Hyperion, Workday, Looker, and Thinkcell is a bonus)
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to seeing tasks through to completion
