Responsibilities
Finish high quality animation, mocap cleanup related work, based on project requests, including action/expression/prop animation, involving multiple styles of characters, creatures, monsters, etc.
Communicate with PMs/senior management, estimate timelines and adhere to plans, analyze and assign different tasks
Guide/train the animators, review assets, and ensure project quality control and reduce the feedbacks
Research new technology/software to facilitate the development of animation team
Experience & Requirements
3 years+ animation experience in game/film related industry
Solid animation skill, familiar with animation principles, such as timing and rhythm
Proficiency in Maya, knowledge on 3dsMax, MotionBuilder, Unreal/Unity, experience in mocap clean-up and rigging/skinning is preferred
Good time management and communication skills to ensure work is completed with expected quality and time
Passion for animation, with good learning ability, strong sense of responsibility and patience, good teamwork spirit
