We’re looking for an enthusiastic, diligent and, above all, creative Motion Graphics Designer. As part of the Motion team, they create video content and various design assets for use across a variety of media. This may include designing, editing and motion graphic animation. They will work with a team of Creatives and other Designers and Motion Artists, as well as supporting our company goals, so a collaborative mindset is essential.

Our ideal candidate has an advanced understanding and strong skillset across Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software, and they should have the ability to be self critical as well as the ability to address feedback & learn from each project. They’re also expected to be a problem solver - someone that can use their initiative to approach a problem or task.

Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver visually stunning motion graphics for various media

  • Collaborate closely with Creatives and other Artists to bring concepts/scripts/storyboards to life

  • Support all day to day motion graphics and animation tasks

  • Advise on design, edit and motion elements early on in the ideation process

  • Support Quality Control checks on design & motion projects

  • Perform basic edit tasks when required

  • Collect and compile project files efficiently upon delivery

  • Create rough sound beds for edit projects

  • Take initiative on projects to deliver new and innovative solutions

  • Create graphical templates for us by other Artists and for delivery to Clients

  • Adhere to brief guidelines in ways that still push creative boundaries

  • Stay up to date on software advancements and latest motion graphics techniques

Skills & Experience Required

  • 3+ years experience in Motion Graphics

  • Strong experience with Design & Editing

  • Superb knowledge and technical ability of your relevant software: i.e. Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.

  • A good understanding of capabilities and integrations with other software, such as Da Vinci Resolve, Cinema 4D, Maya, etc.

  • Strong portfolio of Motion Graphics work

  • Keen eye for design and aesthetics

  • High level visual and conceptual skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Great organisation and can prioritise effectively

  • Strong team player that can collaborate with stakeholders at multiple seniority levels

  • A desire to learn new techniques and technology to advance your craft
