There are 1000 interesting things happening in our Machine Learning every day, but you like to follow through.

As a member of our Machine Learning team, you will design systems that can improve game dev productivity and/or impact the game design process.

You possess a strong background in building reinforcement learning-driven systems and feel comfortable working in a project that stretches different domains and disciplines.

You will be joining a team of knowledgeable programmers with hands-on experience in building machine learning systems.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Work in a challenging and fluid environment for developing state of the art technologies
  • Contribute to the Machine Learning workflow framework and infrastructure
  • Design and analyze reinforcement learning systems, and algorithms
  • Work with data scientists, game developers to build Machine Learning applications
  • Evaluate concepts and assumptions with rapid prototyping
  • Write robust, quality code and maintain code quality across the team
  • Participate in all aspects of the project life-cycle, from ideation to specification to release
  • Work on ad-hoc projects and/or requirements may arise as requested

In order to be successful for this role, we are looking for:

  • BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Expert in reinforcement learning or machine learning with software engineering experience
  • Experience in working in a mixed team environment of engineers and non-engineering professionals
  • Good experience working with source control
  • Able to effectively communicate and translate between general ideas and technical practices
  • Experience in Python programming, distributed systems, cloud platform (GCP/AWS)
  • Experience with PyTorch, or Tensorflow, or other neural networks frameworks

It will be nice if you also have:

  • Experience with Unity and game development
  • Knowledge in common software development patterns
  • Experience in reinforcement learning projects/competitions
  • Experience in game development
  • An active Github profile
