Intrepid Studios is looking for Information Systems Engineer / Jr. Systems Administrator!

The ideal candidate will have a passion for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. Must possess strong ownership qualities and be service oriented. Experience in the game industry is not required, but a passion for gaming is a huge plus.

Responsibilities:

• Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems
• Manage IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems
• Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices, etc.
• Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnose and resolution of problems
• Provides server support and troubleshoot issues related to the O/S and platform environments
• Participates in an on-call rotation schedule with teammates to provide 24/7 systems support
• Monitor service health and improve monitoring toolkits for better service insight and alerting
• Assist in service updates and migrations

Qualifications:

• 5+ years technical support experience
• 2+ years system administration experience
• In-depth experience with, AD DS; LDAP; AD FS; DNS; DHCP; & GPO
• G-Suite and MS 365 management
• Configure equipment for new hires, remote set-up, and support
• Virus End-Point monitoring and maintenance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, cool head under pressure
