We are a virtual reality games publisher and developer based in Farnborough, UK. We’ve been at the forefront of innovative gaming since 2006 when CEO Patrick O’Luanaigh founded the company.

Since 2013 we’ve been focused entirely on virtual reality. As one of the lucky few to get our hands-on Oculus Rift and PlayStation VR prototypes, we were among the first to step into this immersive new medium. We haven’t looked back since.

As part of a passionate group of people ensuring our vibrant VR studio finds the dedicated talent it needs, the Recruitment Assistant will support the Chief People Officer and Internal Recruiter through various functions in the recruitment process.

This role is working as a member of the Talent Team and assisting with various ad-hoc duties. Predominantly working within recruitment assisting with the administration of advertising, and helping manage our applicant tracking system. This will provide great experience for someone who is considering their first step into recruitment/human resources.

Main Duties to include:

  • Advertise new roles
  • Monitoring responses/applications received, ensuring that applicants are processed efficiently
  • Booking applicants in for interview, act as point of contact throughout the process
  • Preparing interview notes and ensuring our applicant tracking system is up to date
  • Using LinkedIn to identify talent
  • Provide first line support for all enquiries relating to applicants
  • Develop an understanding of market rates and conditions within the Games sector
  • Always provide feedback in a professional manor to applicants
  • Ad hoc tasks as required by the CPO and Internal Recruiter

The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Microsoft Office, have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, exceptional organisation skills, ability to remain strictly confidential, ability to prioritise workload effectively and independently, excellent time management skills, positive attitude, reliable and dependable.
