We are looking for self-motivated, fast-learner ESports Manager to join our product team in our journey to provide innovative financial services to millions of people.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Marketing, Business, or relevant field
  • A motivated, self-starter with 5-6 years experience in esports & gaming marketing, campaign management, digital marketing, events & organization and influencer marketing
  • Solid knowledge in esports & gaming tools and performance indicators, gaming industry and its key players
  • Experience with and passion for online competitive games
  • Excellent English written and verbal language skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, team player
  • Analytical mindset, ability to think creatively with an ‘outside the box’ approach
  • Ability to create own agenda and effectively manage third party stakeholders and business partners
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work with numbers and being proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Job Description

  • Carry out the strategic planning and implementation of online & offline marketing, campaign and project management related to esports and gaming
  • Develop and execute esports strategies and manage the execution of esports and gaming campaigns, events, sponsorships and communication.
  • Quantitatively forecast & assess the impact of all esports marketing activities
  • Analyze & interpret data and reports to identify trends, issues and opportunities to gain insight about how to improve esports and gaming marketing activities
  • Working with leading agency partners in the creative development of conventional media projects, media management and PR activities related to esports and gaming
  • Control and follow up esports and gaming online & offline marketing activities within the budget plan
  • Keep up to date with marketing activities in the sector, market dynamics, competitors and new products and services
  • Identify, contact and develop partnerships with relevant esports and gaming organizations (players and teams, gaming companies, Twitch...)
  • Research and contact partners for potential sponsorship deals
  • Coordinate communication plans and coverage of the organized esport events
  • Measure and report on results and effects of organized esport events
  • Maintain awareness of industry and related trends and best practices to identify opportunities in the gaming sector
  • Provide industry and local insights as input to the ininal esports strategy.
  • Manage relationships and shape agenda with the esports, related organizations, and cultivate new relationships as required
