Job Description Intro:

Influence is a cutting edge marketing and management agency. The company is currently in its second year, with nearly 30 exclusive gaming talent and 35 social media influencers. Influence has worked with every brand in the game from Pepsi to Riot. Inf1uence's key selling points are its top-notch team of industry veterans and proprietary tracking software that provides some of the best campaigns in the business.

This position requires excellent sales skills, industry knowledge, and a competitive spirit. In addition to submitting your resume, we will only consider candidates who include a cover letter, two references, and a portfolio or examples of similar work you’ve completed professionally.

Responsibilities/Tasks:

  • Seek out, utilize, and create relationships with major brands in the esports, influencer, and gaming arena
  • Highly detailed Creation of Decks. Proposals, and other sales materials for the purposes of outreach
  • Weekly reports identifying new industry opportunities
  • Directly support the CEO and coordinate campaigns with the Head of Talent.
  • Ability to understand the sponsorship/activation needs of the influencers on our roster.
  • Must create in-depth industry marketing spend reports for the team.
  • Will work hand-in-hand with the Head of Talent to deploy creative initiatives.
  • Meet monthly KPIs, Sales performance goals, and more.

Requirements:

  • 2+ Years of Sales or Marketing Experience
  • Have a deep passion for and understanding of esports/gaming
  • Be knowledgeable about marketing influencers to brands and the value-add of influencer campaigns
  • Have industry knowledge of the staple brands involved in Twitch, Youtube, and the major Esports Leagues
  • Must have a strong brand activation portfolio.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite
  • Ability to produce high quality decks for internal use or external sales
  • Existing brand relationships either in Esports or with Non-Endemic brands
  • Incredible sales capabilities with a deep understanding of the Esports and Gaming marketing ecosystem.

  • A portfolio of marketing materials created either professionally or for school
  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Hefty rolodex of brand and talent relationships.
