Your Mission

As a Producer, reporting to the Production Director, you will guide execution across the development team to build and launch features and content within the Call of Duty® Franchise. This is a crucial role for our team that involves a high level of interaction with team members and team leadership. You will be partnering with producers and directors to bring the game vision to life and ensuring results are met on time and at quality. You will be someone well organized, detail oriented, an effective communicator, and someone who enjoys working with people and having fun.

Player Profile

You Have Experience in the Following:

  • Build and develop a team: identify resourcing needs, provide challenges and developmental opportunities to ensure that all employees reach their potential.

  • Work with team members to determine content/tech/feature requirements and desired player experience.

  • Lead execution from concept to live, you will be accountable for meeting milestone commitments and quality targets

  • Develop working relationships with the immediate team and those outside of the immediate team that have an effect on the completion of the project.

  • Connect with project team and coordinate requirements with external partners

  • High level understanding of game development, from concept to submission and sustained development post launch.

Execution:

  • Establish and assign task goals from defined project goals.

  • Identify risk for assigned scope and propose solutions to mitigate it.

  • Partner with Directors and studio leadership to manage scope and quality.

  • Ensure the team is trained on the vital skills, processes, and standard methodologies.

  • Shown ability to work under fast-paced development cycles.

  • High degree of initiative, takes opportunities to make improvements.

  • Balance priorities and find creative solutions to achieve results.

Project management:

  • Establish a project scope, resolve task requirements, and assign tasks to team resources.

  • Determine resource requirements to meet the task requirements.

  • Establish an overall project schedule based on the individual task estimates.

  • Lead the product road map which maps major feature results to achievements

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years project management, program management, or team leadership experience, Software Development preferred.

  • Education requirement University degree bachelor’s or equivalent professional experience.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management software skills, e.g. Jira, Confluence.

  • Demonstrate a high level of written and verbal communication across all levels and organizations.

  • Experience in various project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.

  • Certified Scrum Master or other Scrum Master certification highly preferred.

  • Proficient with project budgeting, scope management, and other core Project/Program Management core concepts.
