Software Engineer II - Full Stack

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Here's how your day would look like:

  • Write client implementation of server driven features
  • Develop high load, massively scalable, highly available services
  • Implement security best practices to keep user data secure and prevent cheating
  • Work with designers, engineering, and production teams to achieve goals

Who fits the bill:

  • Experience in C++ and UE4 game engine / Blueprint
  • Knowledge of Java 11 (Multi-threading, Non-blocking IO, Completable Future)
  • Experience in implementation of gRPC and/or RESTful API
  • Understanding of stable change management practices in a live service environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in highly complex systems
  • Highly motivated self-starter; capable of operating with autonomy

Preferred skills:

  • Technical/Hands-on experience building large scale web/game services
  • Experience with NoSQL DBs (DynamoDB, MongoDB, AWS DocumentDB) and/or SQL (MySQL, Postgresql) and caches (Memcached or Redis)
  • Experience in containers like Docker and deploying code to cloud platforms like AWS, Google or private cloud
  • Experience in Spring Framework (Beans configuration with annotations, Security, Spring Boot)
  • Experience in game related cloud services (AWS GameLift, Playfab, Nakama)
  • Building serverless applications(Lambda, Serverless, AWS Amplify)

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Building Front-end applications with React or AgularJS, or other
  • Infrastructure management with Terraform/CloudFormation/Puppet
  • Experience in any of C#/Kotin/Go/Python
  • Experience in Unity
