DESCRIPTION

The Partnerships Account Manager’s main purpose is to drive the business of Immortals, MIBR and the Los Angeles Valiant through the never ending pursuit for the acquisition of new partners, delivery and over-delivery of the partner needs and being a consummate team contributor.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Develop and create new partnership acquisition strategies and pursue those strategies
  • Develop and create prospect lists for applicable outreach and own outreach from beginning to end
    • Lead outreach to senior decision makers and be in the room to close the deal
  • Work with internal and external resources for the creation of relevant research and reasons to believe in a partnership with Immortals, MIBR, and Los Angeles Valiant
  • End-to-end management of all Immortals, MIBR, & Los Angeles Valiant corporate partnerships, ensuring high level of execution, client service, and fulfilment of all corporate partner deliverables;
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage logistics of corporate partnership fulfilment;
  • Maintain partner relationship through regular touch points;
  • Track and maintain records of all partner-related assets and performance;
  • Development of partnership recap reports, regularly providing corporate partners updates on partnership fulfilment & performance
  • Create trend reports about the industry that can be circulated to senior leaders
  • Perform other duties, as assigned

Requirements

  • An unquestionable thirst and motor to relentlessly pursue what is in front of her/him;
  • Experience of corporate partnership activation/servicing/sales experience in esports, traditional sports, and/or other live entertainment;
  • Ability to execute on-site activation for partners
  • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to perform in fast-paced environments;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet commitments while balancing and prioritizing competing priorities;
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude; be willing to do what it takes to get the job done;
  • Proficient in MS Office particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel, with experience using Adobe Photoshop
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
