ICVR is looking for a Community Management intern to participate. This role will work together with the Game Design and Marketing teams. You will spend your time assisting the team in communicating with fans, interacting with the development team, and helping translate the voice of the gaming community into actionable items for the games.
ICVR is a software development studio that creates exceptional interactive content. Our highly skilled team creates content for all platforms with a focus on mobile gaming, VR/AR and other platforms.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with fans through social media community and customer support
- Aggregating feedback and player reports in order to share feedback with the development team
- Assist in bridging the gap between the development team and the community
- Plan and execute fan engagement strategies to excite the player base and engage active players
Requirements
- Excellent written English - spelling and grammar
- Strong understanding of all major social media platforms (Reddit, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
- A love of gaming
- Experience communicating with the public in a courteous and fun manner (forums, blogs, Reddit, etc.)
Pluses
- A love and understanding of mobile games and what makes them fun
- Experience developing and/or designing games (game jams, personal projects, school projects, etc.)
