Job Description:

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose personal computer issues
  • Repair and/or rebuild defective personal computers
  • Calls customer to request and provide information
  • Update customer records according to findings and actions
  • Assists in answering customer emails, as needed
  • Performs basic customer service functions, as needed

Qualifications:

  • Basic and advanced troubleshooting skills
  • Advanced proficiency with current versions of MS Windows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to lift and handle systems weighing up to 70 lbs
  • Experience in desktop and laptop computer repair in a professional capacity a plus
