  • Responsible for the planning, creation & implementation of the day-to-day events and promotions strategy (Live Ops)
  • Own revenue and DAU KPIs and help define supporting metrics and analysis methods.
  • Work closely with operations and creative teams.
  • Collaborate with the product, development, business analytics, game economy and player services departments to achieve KPI goals.
  • Plan, create and execute social marketing strategy and daily management of Facebook, instagram, etc.

Requirments:

  • 1+ year experience in marketing & CRM, preferably in the online gaming or gambling space.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of user behavior, game economy and monetization strategies. Ability to set strategic goals and execution plans.
  • Creative thinking and ability to provide guidance to graphic designers and copywriters, as well as a sharp eye for detail.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and ability to make data-driven decisions. Experience running A/B tests and using Tableau or other reporting tools.
  • Fluent English - both written and verbal. Native speaker - a plus.
