HUCKLEBERRY SPORT is currently working with an awesome content agency who work with some of the most progressive and successful sports and entertainment brands globally.

We're on the hunt for a SOCIAL MEDIA & COMMUNITY MANAGER with an understanding of the Motorsport and the eSports Industry, as well as a deep understanding of distributing content across different social media platforms to engage audiences.

THE DAY JOB:

  • You will work closely with a team of amazing content producers, project lead and social media managers to develop and execute an online video distribution and digital community growth plan for a great client you will be working with
  • Contribute to creative ideas for video content as part of the output strategy
  • Plan the social content and maintain the content calendar ensuring social media content is regular, relevant and engaging
  • Find ways to engage with their fans and followers to build relationships with the community and encourage engagement and track relevant community metrics
  • Build relationships with customers, motorsport industry professionals and journalists

TO BE CONSIDERED YOU’LL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE:

  • Strong knowledge and experience of digital publishing software and techniques.
  • Vast knowledge of social media platforms - what’s next, what’s hot, what’s not!
  • Knowledge of relevant sporting audiences (in particular motorsports and eSports)
  • Strong copywriting skills including different writing techniquesto capture particular audiences
  • Ongoing awareness and interest in trends across social media, digital publishing, online video and sports output internationally
  • Work flexible days, according to the appropriate sports-related calendar
  • Be prepared and able to travel Internationally
  • Experience in a client-facing role
  • Know how to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
