Job Overview:

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s department delivery and the wider marketing team as their line manager. They ensure the team is effective in processes, provides support and frameworks for the team to work within and provides creative ideas whilst ensuring that they are targeting the correct and appropriate audience in the campaigns. They’ll help keep our team motivated and encourage creativity and innovation. They will also need to liaise and work smoothly with the Business Development and Creative departments as these often work in tandem with the marketing department.

We are hiring this role to be remote within the UK. UK residents only will be considered for selection.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and take a lead on strategies and set short-term targeted goals for both the internal and external partners.
  • Conducting regular updates and setting expectations with external partners and ensure needs are being met.
  • Liaise and lead the internal team members to create regular and relevant content to meet deliverables according to contracts.
  • Execute, monitor and assist with maintaining all campaign outputs for external partners.
  • Support the Business Department in generated pitch decks.
  • Monitor audience reactions to receive feedback, generate ideas to increase engagement, and activate business development opportunities.
  • Building long-lasting relationships with clients and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
  • Align on-topic ideas and create content pieces; work with the team to draft content pieces; revisions/edits to be incorporated and finalised.
  • Conduct regular research to stay on top of current company offerings and industry trends.
  • Contribute to creating deck slides, and reports for external partners and internal teams.
  • Maintaining an accurate and updated database of client information.
  • Collate statistics and create reports for clients post campaign delivery.
  • Providing after sales support and care.
  • Regular reporting and updating to your Line Manager.

Requirements

  • 3 Years+ of proven work experience in managing partners and teams to deliver marketing campaigns
  • 3 Years+ of proven work experience in working within marketing and social media spaces
  • Experience in managing a department
  • Experience creating reports
  • Expertise in trends relating to esports and gaming
  • Project management skills and attention to detail
  • Process driven and great time keeping skills
  • Excellent communication, writing and editing skills in English
  • Self Starter approach to work

Desired

  • Ability to use Adobe Suite proficiently
  • A strong aspiration to adapt and learn new skill sets
  • Additional languages spoken
