Hi-Rez Studios is looking for a games-loving Associate Publishing Producer to work at our studio in Alpharetta, Georgia.

As a member of our growing band of elite marketing warriors, you will be part creative, part leader, and--most importantly--an all around production ninja. You know how to get things done in a collaborative work environment, are super proactive, and you're ready to help us bring Hi-Rez Games to an internet full of demanding and passionate gamers.

What our Associate Publishing Producer do:

  • Project manage internal and external creative groups to deliver a wide array of publishing materials, both on time and on budget.
  • Work with producers and stakeholders on cross-team and cross-departmental projects
  • Schedule, maintain and drive content pipelines for Hi-Rez's web videos, online banner ads, eSport tournament graphics, announcement sites, press kits, and even licensed goods.
  • Gather information on project requirements, deliver it in a digestible format to the appropriate creative groups, coach them when they hit roadblocks, and synthesize feedback from key stakeholders throughout the organization.

Who we are looking for:

  • You’re a lifelong gamer who’s passionate about the industry; you use your gaming experience to analyze marketing campaigns, evaluating their strengths and weaknesses and spotting opportunities for improvement.
  • Working knowledge of file types and formats used by modern publishing creative groups. .jpg .png .tiff .gif .psd .ai .mov .mp4 .ProRes, split audio channels, layered files, print mechanical -- you don't need to be able to create these assets yourself, but you need to be able to speak the language of those who do.
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle priorities and deadlines in a demanding, schedule-driven environment.
  • Be flexible enough to take on more tasks and adopt as the situation requires
  • Be ready to work as a team player who supports others on the team
  • I think "driven and proactive" is a good start, but the rest almost reads a little too aggressive for me.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Of course.
  • Comfortable working with tight deadlines in a team-oriented environment

Even better candidates:

  • Experience self-publishing online content, such as running your own website or successful YouTube channel.
  • Experience in an ad agency, or other online content publisher.
  • Experience with JIRA or other project management tools
