The Role:

As part of our continued growth we are looking for a part-time Community Manager to join our Client Services team. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic people person who is passionate about gaming and engaging with others. You will have a demonstrable understanding of what makes content engaging and sharable within the gaming community.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Generate and host original content for our customers channels including (but not limited to) Twitch, Discord, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Reddit.
  • Planning and scheduling initiatives to drive engagement within the relevant communities.
  • Positively engage across all channels as a brand representative of our customers.
  • Organise and participate in events and groups to build communities and grow awareness.
  • Build relationships with players and industry professionals.
  • Ensure quality, content, branding and targeting the right audience are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Working closely with the Social Media Manager in carrying out marketing projects.
  • Collaborate with other members of the client services team and other departments to maximise opportunities, deliver service excellence, and ensure consistency and communication across the group.
  • Identify new opportunities and conduct competitor research to help grow our position in the market.
  • Measure and report performance against customer expectations/KPI’s.

Essential Skills & Experience Required:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with emphasis on live streaming and written content creation.
  • 1-2 years previous experience in the gaming/esports industry and a passion for video games and gaming tech.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrable verbal and written communications.
  • Demonstrable initiative, creativity, energy and enthusiasm in delivering high impact marketing campaigns.
  • Willing and able to travel to industry events for the purposes of creating engaging and relevant content for our audiences (when/where it is COVID-safe to do so).
  • Collaborative approach - you are a team player and always ready to help others.

Desirable Skills & Experience Required:

  • Multilingual (European language) both verbal and written an advantage.
  • Knowledge of streaming software (OBS) and hardware.
  • Knowledge of Heaven Media (our service offering) and our customers.
