Moniker Inc and group of brands (including H4X) are growing and we are looking for a community manager with at least intermediate-level knowledge in both esports, gaming and blockchain & crypto currency who’s also willing to take a deeper dive and expand their knowledge.

Requirements and responsibilities:

• 2+ years of experience in community management or equivalent roles e.g. forum moderator
• Operating proficiency on social media platforms such as Discord, Telegram, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok. These platforms are a requisite for the job.
• Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies
• Provide engaging text, image and video content for all social media and professional accounts
• Respond to customers in a timely manner
• Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
• Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness
• Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams
• Liaise with Development and Sales departments
• Respond to customers in a timely manner
• Build relationships with customers, industry professionals and bloggers/journalists
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
