Harena Data / GYO Score is looking for a full-time Esports Camp Counselor. This person will work directly with the GYO Score esports platform to help create and facilitate fun and engaging online programs that allow gamers to safely engage with one another, make friends, and compete.

The ideal candidate will have a background or experience in youth mentorship, youth camp programs, and youth development - but they will also be a video gamer in their down time. Knowledge and passion around video gaming is key to the role and only candidates with demonstrated gaming passion will be considered. You don't need to be an esports star or necessarily be great at video games, but you should know the culture and be happy to jump in and game yourself when necessary.

Role Expectations:

• Create and manage video game clubs targeting players as young as 7 and as old as 19
• Use the GYO platform to chat and community with the players remotely to help them get engaged and playing with others within the club
• Help facilitate leagues, tournaments, and competitive ladders to encourage the spirit of competition
• Be able to resolve conflict among players and be a good communicator to parents when it is necessary to call them
• Be a self-starter and self-motivated to not just follow a script, but to help us design an effective program from the ground up
• Streaming Experience greatly valued but not necessarily a requirement
